What Marie Kondo Taught Me
The first time I heard the term “Konmarie” is from our friends who spent about six months travelling all over the Eastern part of the world. They had to make drastic changes in order to simplify their lives so they can go place to place. They borrowed the book and comic book from the library and right away applied what they’ve learned. I guess the message is: to keep what makes you happy. That goes along with appreciating the simple things in life right? Kind of?
Well…next thing I know, I saw the show on Netflix featuring the creator of the “Konmarie” method. She helps families/individuals clear out their space. My husband and I decided to try it out. I have to say, it is a quite difficult process. I do enjoy more space. I think it’s worth it. I believe it’s a mental thing, but I feel like I can breathe more and I feel less stressed.
So one of the ways I am trying to part away from my things is to Poshmark them. So I added my closet on the side for you to check out. See anything you like? Feel free to offer a price! I’m very flexible (as you know… I’m clearing space in my life) 😉
